Dyson Hullavington Airfield HV Infrastructure Project

Powersystems has delivered the practical works for the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning for the electrical infrastructure at Hullavington Airfield for Dyson.

Beavertown Brewery – HV/LV Infrastructure Upgrade

Powersystems delivered a new 2000 kVA HV/LV supply for Beavertown Brewery, including a high level LV cable system, 11 kV isolator, and full transformer integration. Completed in just six weeks, the upgrade increases power capacity to support Beavertown’s continued growth and ready to produce beer in March 2020.

The Cornwall Bakery (Ginsters) – 2.7 MW CHP Electrical Infrastructure Project

Powersystems delivered the full 11 kV grid connection and electrical infrastructure for the 2.7 MW CHP generator at The Cornwall Bakery (Ginsters), supporting on‑site low‑carbon energy generation, improved operational efficiency, and reduced long‑term energy costs for one of the UK’s leading food manufacturers.

Parc Adfer Energy‑from‑Waste Facility – 20 MW Electrical Infrastructure Project

Powersystems delivered the 33 kV grid connection, 11 kV electrical distribution, transformer systems and full protection and commissioning works for the 20 MW Parc Adfer Energy‑from‑Waste facility in Deeside. This major project supported CNIM and Wheelabrator in delivering a highly efficient energy‑recovery plant, integrating HV/LV systems, turbine feeds and SCADA control. The robust electrical infrastructure now underpins long‑term reliable operation of one of Wales’ flagship waste‑to‑energy facilities.

Bryn Blaen 14.1 MW Wind Farm

Powersystems designed, installed, tested and commissioned the electrical infrastructure for the 14.1 MW Bryn Blaen Wind Farm project.

Principality Stadium 4 MW DRUPS Electrical Infrastructure Project

Powersystems delivered the HV and LV electrical infrastructure, cabling, containment and commissioning for the 4 MW DRUPS system at the Principality Stadium, providing uninterrupted power for major events. The new system ensures seamless backup supply and enhanced resilience for Wales’ national stadium, safeguarding critical operations during high‑profile sporting and entertainment fixtures.

Plastic Omnium Warrington – 1.0 MW CHP Electrical Infrastructure & 11 kV Substation

Powersystems delivered the 11 kV substation, transformer installation, LV infrastructure and commissioning for the 1.0 MW CHP system at Plastic Omnium Warrington, supporting efficient and reliable on site energy generation.

Plastic Omnium Edison Road – 1.3 MW CHP Electrical Infrastructure Project
