Our Directors

Chris Jenkins

Managing Director

Over three decades at Powersystems have shaped my leadership—rooted in experience, driven by innovation, and inspired by the exceptional people I work with. From Electrical Engineer to Managing Director, I remain committed to integrity and excellence across every project. Beyond work, I’m a passionate sailor and keen cyclist, finding balance and inspiration on the open water, the open road, and time spent with my wife and our two daughters.

Monica Briand

Finance Director

With a career spanning Energy and Manufacturing and a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, I have a deep-rooted interest in engineering-led businesses. As a Chartered Accountant, I bring extensive financial leadership experience from large corporates and fast-growing businesses, including over a decade in international finance at BP. I’m passionate about developing financial strategy for sustainable growth and building strong teams, and I’m excited to help shape Powersystems’ continued success. Outside work, I enjoy the outdoors, exploring new places with family and friends, and volunteering in my local community.

Darren Williams

Director of Engineering

From my early days in 2008, I’ve worked across all project stages—from tendering and design to commissioning and energisation—driven by a passion for detail and exceeding client expectations. In April 2025, I was honoured to join the Board of Directors, focused on innovation and engineering excellence. Outside of work, I love exploring far-flung destinations and tackling DIY projects—there’s always something new to create, improve, or bring to life.

Jonathan Stock

Director of Projects

Since joining Powersystems in 2015, I’ve progressed through several roles, always driven by a passion for engineering excellence, safety, and quality. In April 2025, I proudly joined the Board of Directors, committed to shaping our future success. Away from work, I enjoy family time and hands-on renovation projects—there’s always something to build or improve, and I find great satisfaction in bringing ideas to life at home.

Zoe Campbell

People and Culture Director

With a career spanning financial services, ESG, FMCG, defence, and the public sector, I bring strategic people expertise to Powersystems. As People & Culture Director, I focus on aligning our people strategy with business goals, championing inclusion, and enhancing employee experience. I’m passionate about meaningful change, governance, and culture. Outside work, I enjoy exploring new ideas, supporting diversity initiatives, and spending quality time with family and friends.
