Powersystems was delighted to support one of our own, David Hodge, Construction Site Manager, as he took on the Glasgow Kiltwalk 2025 in support of Ayrshire Cancer Support—his chosen charity. With a £1,000 donation from Powersystems and the incredible generosity of friends, family, and colleagues, David raised over £3,480 for this vital cause.
From 26–27 April, David joined more than 19,000 Kiltwalkers who laced up their boots and stepped out with purpose. The event saw 5,000 participants trek from Clydebank to Balloch on Saturday, followed by 14,000 more on Sunday, walking from Glasgow Green and Clydebank to the scenic finish line at Loch Lomond.

“In the 10 years that The Hunter Foundation has been involved with Kiltwalk, you and our Foundation have raised an incredible £53 million for 4,000 Scottish charities. The magic of Kiltwalk is simple: in every community across Scotland, there are people who need a wee hand up—and good folks like you who get up in the morning and help them.”
David’s efforts are a shining example of that spirit. His dedication to both the cause and the challenge reflects the values we hold dear at Powersystems—community, compassion, and commitment.
